Wrinkles appeared quick?

So, I’ve always been lucky with my skin it’s usually clear an I haven’t really had forehead lines either. Almost over night it seems (last two weeks) I have many deep noticeable forehead lines appear just like that! Is this just the way it happens sometimes??? I know it’s part of ageing but Im a bit shocked as I thought it would happen gradually (Im mid 30’s) (skin is dry with the time of year and I had a hysterectomy early 30s) any skin care tips welcome!

It is probably partially due to the weather. You should have seen my hair after Storm Darragh! Surely Gummidge ahoy.

Are you getting enough liquids and omega oils?

It will be dehydrated skin. Drink 3L of water a day. The best thing for your skin

Are you stressed? If so you may have been frowning more than usual, even in your sleep. Try wearing frownies at night.

If you have the central heating on try leaving a bowl of water underneath the radiator. Apart from liquids and a good diet use a nice moisturiser :)

Did you have your ovaries removed with your hysterectomy? A drop in oestrogen could be affecting your skin. At your age, if your overies were removed you need to be on oestrogen HRT until menopause age (regardless of whether you continue into your menopausal years).
