the one thing that would have made a difference is if the neighbours who had heard screaming had called the police. The police could have attended and they could have used their police powers to remove and protect Sara.
the social workers are limited until they have evidence.
the court made the wrong decision and need to be presented with further evidence.
if the police had attended this could have saved her.
