i have been trying to talk to someone from the samaritans for 5 days now and no answer, any suggestions./

You could email them?
Obviously it's not as immediate but it's really helped me emailing them

That’s very unusual. What number are you trying? There’s also their live chat service during certain hours I think, and their email service.

Which number are you calling? 116 123 should get you through. I know it's one of their busiest times of year but it's unusual to be waiting as long as you describe.
