I am so upset and angry , I don't understand why men think they are some kind of gods , and especially my husband doesn't think what he is . He sent me this and I'm so upset about it, do you think he meant it as a joke and I've taken it to heart?

Update : I spoke to him last night, he came back from work. He apologised profusely and said he had the picture in his gallery as some guy in the group put it up and as he sent me a few videos altogether it got sent accidentally. So he was ashamed, he apologised and he told the guy off too. Then sent me this

A goodly number of men are given to saying truly dreadful things and they do mean these things to hurt and upset. When this is accomplished though, they'll do this "Oh, darling, I'm so sorry, but how could I possibly know you'd take this to heart? It was a joke!" It's called plausible deniability ~ look it up. A really skilled player can get a woman to apologise for being upset over such a trifle, and he will likely get hot make-up sex.

This is why I would be upset. I'd wonder what he really thought of disabled people. Probably that's because, as a disabled woman, I've had men and women make outrageous statements and 'jokes' that covered up their true ideas about my worth as a human being.

In poor taste, sure, but it goes both ways. With the comments I've seen many women in here make about men, I don't think either side really has many 'righteous' representatives.
