Am I right in thinking if we travel by ferry from Scotland to belfast we do not need a pet health certificate or pet passport? And we cannot travel into roi from belfast via car with a dog with no health certificate? Sorry for my ignorance, we've never traveled with dogs before and I'm getting very confused. Thanks for any replies.
