I live next door to a family. There has been shouting and screeching and banging for hours now. Sounds more like excitable kids than any issues although have heard the mum shouting. I need to wake up in 6 hours for work. Would it be unreasonable to send a message seeing if they could keep the noise down a bit?

I hope it's not me op the teens have decided the elf is making cookies tonight. I've not been shouting though just resisting the urge to put their heads in the oven.
