A few weeks ago I met with a lovely lady who runs a cleaning company.
I told her how much I've been struggling to keep on top of things recently and showed her round. She was great.
She agreed to do an initial deep clean 4-5 hours. Then a fortnightly clean of three hours. £25 an hour. Brilliant!
She came whilst I was at work as planned.
She did a great job and I messaged her to thank her.
However, bill arrived. £25 per hour x3 (apparently there were three cleaners there) so actually charged me £75 per hour = £375!
She absolutely 100% did not say this when we met.
I messaged her immediately and asked to have a conversation as I was very shocked at total charged. I said that it wasn't was was discussed and I was unhappy at being charged this amount.
No reply. I've messaged her four times now and she's completely ignored me. This is now almost two weeks on.
What do I do?
