It's the Royal Mail FFS, you'd think they'd have a half decent website or app 
I use Click&Drop for my small business regularly but dont have enough volume of orders to get a business account, so I'm stuck with the crappy version available to the general public.
The app is beyond useless, it signs you out every time you close it for a start, then if you try and do anything as outlandish as "pay for postage" it randomly signs you out again so your transaction goes through as a "guest" and you don't get any email confirmation or a receipt or your postage labels emailed to you. Fucking useless.
On to the website then...the website takes a full minute to load when you first open it. It then won't allow you to buy more than 10 postage labels at a time. Why? Why?? So I have to buy 10, and it takes another full minute for the payment to process and then I have to start all over again for the next batch of 10 and it is just so fucking soul destroying. You also cannot, like actually cannot, actually access your account details because it takes you through a Moebius Loop of log in screens only to then tell you you aren't logged in.
I hate it. Absolutely hate it. Rant over.
