I had to go into hospital in July due to severe eczema they said caused by stress from nursing my husband through his death from cancer. I do have problems with frontal fibrosing alopecia and female pattern baldness (I am 75). When I went into hospital my hair was thick enough to tie up. I am allergic to everything worse one being the sun. My query is they started me on Dupilumab in August and now my hair is coming out in brushfulls, I am scared to wash it, My dermatologist says it is not the injection but although rare, there have been cases. I am worried about falling out with my dermatologist as she has been good over the years and will see me whenever I need. However if it is the injection what do I am due to be tested for thyroid from my GP but this is unlikely.
