Celebrations Advent Calendar

So, day1 and day2 have been Bountys. The kids are not impressed. DS has just opened day3 and yep, you guessed it, it's another Bounty!
AIBU to think that this is taking the piss somewhat? Three in a row! Am wondering if they're all going to be Bountys.....

Can you carefully open it , the outer cardboard then you will be able to check? The shell that holds the chocolate if usually see through plastic + you can see what the mix ratio is

A) that’s outrageous. I’d be fuming!
B) I love the notion of staying up to midnight in order to open your calendar (I appreciate you may not be in uk etc… but in my head your family is v committed to their advent calendars!)

My son has had all bounty too and he doesn't like them, he likes the rest though. I like bounty so we've swapped but another bounty on day 3. No way!

In 2019 days 1 & 2 were bounty’s. I was not impressed! I posted something on my FB about it and every year it comes up on my memories 🤣
for this reason I’ve always refused to buy another celebrations calender!

Us too - I'm hoping there are 3 of each type and this is it for Bounty. I've bought another pack of celebrations and DD can swap any she doesn't like (she hates bounty!)

The Bounty should be banned.
Who on earth thinks that coconut is an acceptable filling for a chocolate?
My brother went through three tubs of Celebrations (lockdown Christmas 2020) and discovered all three had a disproportionately high Bounty/good ones ratio.
If you get a fourth I would be writing a stern email...😃

we had Bounty on day 1 and day 2 and luckily dc didn’t complain. But I was imagining the outage in a lot of households!

I have a felt calendar and put celebrations in myself. Saves a bunch of disappointment and is better for the environment 🤷

I’d be fuming. That’s the reason I just bought a basic Cadbury chocolate calendar this year. Got sick of handing over chocolate that I don’t like to my delighted husband

Same here! My little boy (who hates coconut) is not impressed! In fact, yesterday I said if you get another tomorrow (thinking that's never going to happen), I'll get you a new advent calendar. So today I'll be wasting time trawling the shops!

Yeah 3rd bounty here so DS had to swap with me (Thorntons Continental) and it was a strawberry mousse so I'm not happy
