So this maybe a moot point if they cancel but we have tickets to see Falling in Reverse in Birmingham on Thursday. My husband is disabled and needs accessible seating. This would have been no problem in the original venue as it has a balcony and is brill for anyone who needs seperate seating etc - however they upgraded the venue to an arena. When we enquired about accessible seating it had sold out, therefore we cannot possibly go.

Now we have tried to relist the tickets on the resale website but we can't see them. We have tried to get through to customer services through chat/email etc but always with the response we'll come back to you within 3 days blah blah blah. I've been on twitter and to be fair they have responded but apparently they can only list resale tickets one at a time. "Only one general admission listing will be shown at a time" The ones shown are double the cost of ours. We want no profit just the money we paid back. I just want to talk to a real life person.

Don't suppose you paid by PayPal or credit card and can get a refund that way?

Unfortunately it was paid for by a voucher - it was hubbie's leaving do gift after he retired with ill health which makes it worse

We had an issue recently with accessible seating and the venue sorted this for us when Ticketmaster refused. The venue also complained to Ticketmaster about their customer service.
