Barbie her swimsuit disappears and becomes a bikini underwater..
I just don't see what is wrong with her just wearing a swimsuit.

I am proably just being a prude, they just remind me of dodgy pens where the ladies clothes come off or Mugs where the warm drink removes the clothes of the image.

cause if it was just barbie in her swimsuit there would be no marketing for her other than 'barbie in her swimsuit'
so it is 'barbie has a swimsuit that disappears' makes kids go 'woooooo, i want one, i want one'!

YANBU. sounds really tacky to me.

DirtySexyMummy · 29/04/2008 16:39

Don't think its inappropriate, think its a bit pointless and a total selling gimmick, but not rally inappropriate.

And Chaos.. well, its barbie. Of course it is tacky!

All barbies are dreadful.

I am surprised they haven't designed one who's nipples harden when she dives into the icy water.
