Sorry, shamelessly posting here for traffic.
The brush roller (the thing that spins) on my Shark vacuum has stopped working. I've unclogged and cut away all the hairs etc (gross) so it's not that but it's still just not spinning. When I try to spin the roller with my hand it seems quite stiff and doesn't freely spin?
