HIFU is it worth it?

Has anyone tried it? I'm mostly worried that I will look worse after than before. And my jowls will reach my shoulders... There's an offer at my local salon and seemed like a good deal compared to usual price...

I've recently tried it had 2 sessions for my chin and jaw area. Since then I've noticed my marionette lines are worse however I've no idea I'd this is coincidence, or linked. I'm pretty sure I'd have noticed them before, but I can't be sure. I'll be pretty gutted if it is linked, as I was hoping the HIFU help tighten things up.
