It's not tone deaf. These are the conversations that need to happen . Not to point blame at individuals who stayed quiet but to work out how to create culture where people can speak up

Yes, they do need to happen, however, from personal experience, I know how difficult it is to speak up in these circumstances. I say that as a senior manager in an environment that refused to listen to women who were subjected to inappropriate and sexualised comments. It's not easy
