I’m thinking of applying once I complete my psychology masters, but trying to work out finances for future plans.

It is said that you will receive 16k bursary first year, but what happens on the second year? Is it another 16k bursary ?

It depends on your placement - at the moment, most are still a bursary of the same amount as in Year 1, but there are some authorities which offer salaries. I think that's less common - I don't know anyone who was salaried.

Good luck with it - it's a great career!
