Does anyone use a Divolo plug? And know much about them?

Does anyone use these in their home? I've read it doubles the radiation the wifi router gives off. My Husband has suggested using one for our new CCTV system. I have said no. Am I being unreasonable? I don't want the WiFi running through the wires in our home when WiFi routers give off enough exposure, in my opinion.

Sorry, meant DEVOLO plug (the powerline one)

It's only a problem if you are one of the credulous conspiracy theorists who believe that wifi can make you ill. I had a colleague who succumbed to that madness once, she moved to a detached house with no neighbours for a mile around in order tp escape the evil wifi but then had various other issues culminating in nervous breakdown because it was never about the wifi, she was mentally ill.

If you are not in this category they are fine. If your house isn't a newbuild timber-framed house where the walls are basically papiermache but instead have sturdy brickwork, they are vital.

Have you ever used a radio? Did you know that even if you don’t, the radio waves are STILL THERE???

Do you mean the system that sends Wi-Fi through your power lines? Two people in my family live in houses with thick stone walls and that type of Wi-Fi is essential to get a signal. And it works. So go for it.

Don't be an eejit, WiFi gives off absolutely no harmful radiation.
