1. frequently coming out with dried snot, absolutely all over the face as if it hasn’t been wiped all day
2. coming out a few times now with a pooey nappy, that looked like it had been there a little while and they hadn’t realised.
3. My DD had been in the room for a while. Realised I never was told who her key person was. Asked one of the staff so she went to check and it was infact her, and she didn’t even know.

Awful. I'd be very concerned

Nappy - absolutely not ok.
Key Worker - why doesn’t she know? Doesn’t each key worker need to complete paperwork or tapestry after each day. Even if she was in a new room I would find this unsettling.
Snot - ordinarily no, my children are forever snotty even if I’ve just wiped their noses but against the backdrop of the other issues it doesn’t paint a great picture.
Definitely have a chat with the manager and keep a watchful eye. Trust your Mum gut. If it doesn’t feel right then it usually isn’t.
