Middle names

I’m naming my little girl Maya but I can’t for the life of me think of a middle name that goes has anyone got any ideas?

No one else will ever know she's Maya May unless you tell them. If anyone comments you just say "It was my grandma's name", no one is going to think anything else of it.

What pronunciation are you going with May-uh May or Myah May?

Since it's just me and dd I gave her my first and middle name as her middle names 🤭🤭🤭

If you're giving your baby the fathers surname give her your surname as a middle name

My partner doesn't have a middle name and I like the neatness of that, and his name is so straightforward is almost utilitarian, which appeals to me. My mostly bashes goes so well with my first and last names that i do use it at times. I know a few powwow with 2 or more middle names honouring family

I would have said Maya Grace or Maya Rose. But I really like Maya May and the connection to your gran.

With hindsight I’d have added my last name as a middle name for DD.
Maya Louise was my first thought. Depends upon last initial though.

Why do names have to match? As long as they don't sound ridiculous it surely doesn't matter. It's also perfectly legal to not have one.

I think with Maya, you need a one syllable name. So Ruth, Rose, Grace, Jane. Or if you have a wicked sense of humour, Maya June!😅
