I was surprised to realise how many care homes are linked to multi million or billion pound companies that are ultimately registered off shore.
As many people receiving for instance. care in care homes funded by Government as a minimum I think that any off shore tax register company should be excluded as a government care provider.
The same goes for any larger government contracts eg building contract etc
. They have to be based in an acceptable jurisdiction and not in a deliberate low tax jurisdiction eg Jersey or somewhere in the Caribbean.
