Not sure if I’m being a bit thick but is the VAT definitely being applied to school fees from Jan 2025? I thought it had to be formalised in law- has this happened yet? Also, if there were any outstanding challenges, eg the SEN court case, it would be delayed? This topic seems to have gone silent on my comms so feeling a bit unsure if it’s happening now or later- any advice? (School has said what they would do but doesn’t mean that they will be doing this if they don’t need to?)
