Ordered 2 separate parcels yesterday, chose next day delivery. I was given a 1 hour time slot for today, between 2:30 and 3:30. So made sure I was in, sat waiting and waiting and waiting. Got to 5:30 and I’m thinking they’re not going to show up are they? I just received a text and email saying “sorry we missed you” I opened it and it says “we tried you but no one was in” HUH!! I have a ring doorbell so even if they didn’t press the door, I would’ve been notified that there’s presence at the door. I’ve checked the app, no one has been. A card hasn’t even been posted through the door. Clearly they just cba delivering it so pretended they tried.
Im so fuming! I understand that if you choose next day delivery sometimes things can happen which delay things. It’s just one of those things, but for me to sit here for hours and then they just pretend that I didn’t answer the door has infuriated me! There’s no other reason for this post other than to have a bitch and a moan.
