PLEASE HELP. INTERVIEW AND TECHNOLOGY

So sorry posting for traffic.

I have a job interview next week. It’s remote and via MS Teams. I have to do a presentation and share the slides/present.

I currently have a 10 year old MacBook. (Updated to this latest iOS it can which is version 11.7).

I have tried to download Teams but my laptop won’t allow it, it’s saying “MS Teams can’t be installed on this disk. MacOS version 12 or later is required”.

Is there any way around this?

I genuinely have no one that I can borrow a Microsoft Laptop from. The one I would have used I have returned to my job that I have just finished.

Would it be cheeky of me if I emailed the interview panel and requested that I do the interview over Zoom instead?

I have Teams on my phone, but unsure how I can bring up the presentation and share the screen/present etc if I was to do the interview this way.

Sorry for rambling I feel so stressed out 😓 any help much appreciated.

Try using the browser version and see if that's supported by your operating system

Just as I clicked off Mumsnet I had a (embarrassing) brain wave of using the web browser version.

I’ve haven’t used my Mac in years so trying to update and download everything, then it all failing sent my head spinning 😂
