Is your DS single?

If you know men in their mid to late 20's can I ask if they are single and what their kind of dating life has been so far?

I am 26 and never been in a relationship so just wondered if I am in the minority?

I am 53 and a lifelong bachelor. I would say I am in a minority but you perhaps haven't yet reached that stage. Good luck!

My oldest DS is 24 has had 2 long term girlfriends since he turned 16 (his only 2 sexual partners too). He is now engaged to and living with one of them.

Mine are all their twenties - one has had one LT relationship and still in it, one has had one LT and a lot of MT ones, other had none.

He was in a steady relationship a while back whilst at uni

One DS, aged 26, is single, never had a relationship, he has ASD. DD,aged 33,has never been in a relationship either, she says she has never wanted one and is perfectly happy single with a good circle of close friends.
Other son has had two long term relationships and is living with his girlfriend. He has a couple of very determinedly single male friends who seem perfectly happy and definitely not odd in any way.

Im semi single in the sense im part of an open relationship which gives me more freedom

Eldest DS is in a relationship since he was 16, he is 23 now and still lives at home.

Youngest, works part time, in college full time is 21 and never had a girlfriend. He is super quiet and I would LOVE him to meet someone. He doesn't drink, smoke and has a full drivers license. Comes from a great home. Ha, I sound like I'm trying to sell him off.

Does he like animals?

Were the same age OP and im single, most of my friends are

2 sons. Neither ever had a relationship (that I'm aware of). Eldest (36) has ASD, but has house, job, car. Youngest one (33 today!) has good job, house, car, good looking (but I am biased) but is painfully shy. He's not keen on online dating (although he works in tech) and works from home 4 days out of 5. How are young men supposed to find a partner these days? I worry about them both.

DB has a long term GF been together since 16, same for DH with me.
My brothers best friend has never had a girlfriend (mid 20s) - nice guy but very shy and doesn’t like the idea of online dating

DS1 30 single,gay and nothing has worked out.
DS2 27 Living with girlfriend of 2 years
Relationship of 2 years beforehand.
DS3 CBA at the moment and works evenings so opportunities are limited.
You're not unusual and there's years ahead if you'd like to find someone

4, all in relationships.

27 third long term GF.( 1 year in, previous lasted 4 years)
29 one long term BF of 7 years
31 long term relationship with GF of 2 years. A few shorter term relationships GF is divorced with three little ones.
33 fourth long term relationship, currently 4 years with this GF.

My ds (25) says dating & approaching a girl/woman these days is full of minefields.

I dated a man age 39 who had never kissed a woman till he was 26 so there’s definitely time! He had done internet dating at 26 and then had 2 long term relationships between 26 and 39. He was just a late starter so it’s perfectly possible. He’s married now (not to me).

Ooh where do they live?
I have a family member with ASD but she works, is buying her own flat and car and is very attractive.
Perhaps we could get them together like matchmakers in the olden days.

Little older..30s..DS1 single, but baggage as in 3 kids and an nightmare ex, add MH issues and ASD/ADHD and I hope he doesn't get involved for a good while! ...DS2 married at 26, settled lovely wife..

My dd was single until she was 27.
Never had a serious relationship.
Then she met someone on a dating app and is now happily married .

DS is 29, one online relationship with a guy overseas, they met in person but it didn't last.
