Just put a microwavable saag aloo in er the microwave and really fancy it with grated cheese

I see no reason why not. I baulked at first because I got confused between Saag Aloo and Saag Paneer and I wouldn't put cheddar on Saag Paneer but cheese is a perfect friend for anything potato-y
