BT. BT/EE or whatever they are now called.
I know so many people who have had such an appalling service and crucially, no proper route to complain or have matters dealt with properly. I’m in the middle of yet another dispute with them and I will leave as soon as my contract ends. But what has shocked me is I have actually been lied to on multiple occasions and money has been taken from my account far in excess of what is in my contract plan… I’m having to have multiple calls to get it resolved and mostly being fobbed off. I know most companies have some shit way of handling things but I really think BT are on another level of awful and should be held to account! Is this just me? Or just my experience with close friends? I’m honestly so surprised from what I’ve heard other people say and from my own experience that this company hasn’t been forced to close
