TMI. Apologies.

Or more precisely boob sweats. It's probably peri menopause. Or the fact I've gained some weight but ... any solutions to the pool of sweat between my not insubstantial bosoms. I sleep in a sleep bra. That's a non negotiable.
Is there like a reusable sanitary towel for boob-sweat?

Use unscented antiperspirant.

Cotton pjs and bedsheets might help? Is it worth getting bloods checked?

Avaricii · 18/11/2024 16:34

Have cotton sheets. And cotton pjs...
Start the night freezing but wake at 3am drenched. But just there.

I don't really want to wear antiperspirant all day and all night.

I don’t know the solution, but I hear you. I have an appointment to discuss HRT. I can’t deal with the night sweats anymore. I feel disgusting and I’m changing the sheets daily. (I’m 42)

Liquid talc has helped me!

FlappyFish · 02/12/2024 00:37

@Avaricii to update I’ve had HRT for three days and the sweats have stopped totally!

Have GP appointment in January so hopefully can get some answers

Worth getting thyroid checked. Also do you take any pain killers? Ibuprofen gives me terrible night sweats. In fact have been advised by GP never to take it as it also makes me anaemic - something to do with my thyroid problem.
