AIBU to think that my stbx can buy a house for cash while I can't?

Long story..but my stbx seems to have a house purchase progressing whilst I cannot seem to make a proceedable offer on a house due to the fact that we have not come to an agreement on a financial settlement in our divorce and that our former marital home has not yet been sold..but is under offer and should complete in December.
He obviously has enough funds to purchase a house irrespective of settlement so can afford to house himself. He was supposed to fully disclose all income within court proceedings ..in which he claimed 0 mortgage capacity and diddly in savings/ bank accounts. So..has he robbed a bank or won the lottery maybe? He hasn't bothered to respond to my offer of share of equity in former marital home either.
What do I do now?

I’d just let it unfold. Once he’s bought the house you have proof that he’s been hiding assets.

If he completes when you are still married - the house is a joint asset 🤣

Yeah, start delaying !

Drag it out. That house will be part of the marital pot. Silly bastard.

And absolutely do not apply for a decree absolute until all finances are settled.

Will the house definitely be in his name, does seem a silly move to make considering you're not divorced yet and no financial settlement in place.

This doesn't add up. Any lender will want to see where his source of funds has come from when buying a property. If he's been hiding assets that will be rather difficult for him to do
