I need a high rise I’m a 12-14, but I have FUPA from massive babies and fluctuations in weight between 9 and half stone and 11 and half subject to motivation to keep eating in check. I have ADHD and eating can be an issue as dopamine issues go hand in hand with treating yourself as a quick fix. Be it a savory takeaway treat or consumption of
packet of biscuits in one go.

I’m sitting in a good BMI at the moment , but not super lean. I have has a long body rise ( crotch to waist ) and need to tuck in the saggy skin etc.

Any suggestions as wide leg do not work for
me as thighs are wider than hips? So I think bootcut ? I don’t want to look middle aged but I am middle aged 😬😂😅 so maybe I just want to look as good as I can get it !

This panic is caused by a casual conference I have to attend in 2 weeks. I usually WFH and live in slobby poor fitting jeans.

Similar body shape to you, wide thighs mean I wear skinny jeans and long tops or tapered trousers in the summer. I just bought some pleat front high waist trousers from Uniqlo, wool mix. They feel comfortable on but look smart.
For me trousers really need to be tried on!

Dorothy perkins or simply Be maybe?

Tu at Sainsburys have barrel jeans which would probably suit you. So does Cos, and Primark, and Toast has Gabi which are Mom shape, wider on the thigh.

Always!
I'm a pear shape with sturdy thighs and short too. I've always found M&S and Next the best bets for finding jeans and trousers that fit nicely. My 25yo dd - smaller waist, muscular thighs - generally gets M&S too, I think she's lived in their skinnies since she was 16 if you're worried about middle aged brands.Grin
