Issue at work last week. Was told to find a member of leadership about this as they were looking for me.
Went to find them during the collective break we all have. They must have been on a meeting. I knocked and politely waited. They ignored me for a second after seeing me. Then raises their hand and said firmly “no”.
I just find this rude because if I’m in a meeting I’ll smile and say “come back later”
