Coffee grinder

Hey there!

I just picked up a stovetop Moka pot and a French Press for really cheap, and now I’m on the hunt for a good grinder. Not sure how much I should invest—any recommendations or tips on what to look for? Or if you have specific machines you like, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks so much.

Any electric coffee/spice grinder will do the job. You can go all fancy and get something which automatically sets grit but I find that you generally get a nack for how coarse the grind should be pretty quickly. I've used mum's old grinder which we had since the 90s and replaced it with near identical Silvercrest which I expect to last just as long. £20

@Catza That sounds great! I'm all about keeping it simple and effective that can grind coarse and fine. Would you mind sharing which grinder you went with? Thanks so much!

Yes, exactly this!

Try counting to 15 when grinding for stovetop and to 20 if grinding for espresso machine. Tweak as you go.
