Tooth paint

Hi, could anyone recommend a god paint for teeth. My son damaged his front teeth and one has died and gone grey. He wants to cover it with something 🙉 thank you

He needs a dentist

No such thing I’m afraid. No “paint” Will stay on, look natural and cover grey on a tooth.
He needs to see a dentist , have root canal on the tooth that has died (if not done already) and then have internal bleaching on the tooth afterwards, if tooth not too damaged , possibly veneer or crown if very damaged.

He'll need a veneer I'm afraid.
Mine was done under nhs as it was deemed non cosmetic ie they didn't expect me to have a grey tooth in the front of my mouth.
