Fighting sexism in the workplace - any HR professionals available to help please?

I am so fed up of sitting quietly and being taken for a fool. I am in pay negotiations and feel pretty certain I am being treated unfairly but would live some advice if anyone is willing to take a look for me. I’d rather send a private message than share outing details here if that’s ok.

I can’t directly help, but wanted to ask whether you’re a member of a union? If so, talk to your rep - you may well have access to various kinds of professional advice via the union.

In that case, maybe try ACAS? I’m not sure exactly what advice they offer, but they might be able to signpost useful resources for you even if they can’t advise you directly. Good luck with it all, in any case.
