Just an update all, I took another test and it was negative and I have now come on my period so I am unsure as to why that came postive.

Because you've had a miscarriage, most likely. I'd get your implant checked if I was you x

It could have been a chemical pregnancy. I would definitely check in with your GP and watch for an irregular next cycle as that can happen after CPs
