Posting for traffic
hey just noticed this when changing, was smooth but raised and I think smaller so was wondering if it should be checked and if so urgently or when can get general appointment
any hcp about?

You could ask a pharmacist as a first line and they will refer you to a GP if needed.

I did wonder if they could advise, I’m off shopping later so will nip in, thanks

Should get checked out but may well be a seborrheic keratosis (benign, stuck on looking black lesion). Def get it checked though, your GP might let you email in photos - in which case use good lighting and put a clear plastic ruler next to it and take several pictures. Not sure a pharmacist will do anything other than send you to the GP.

Red flags for moles - bleeding, getting bigger, irregular shape, irregular colours.
