Yesterday evening I did a Premom ovulation test and a Premom pregnancy test. I placed them next to each other while I waited for them to ‘finish’, and I could see a really really faint light pink line on the pregnancy test. I’m aware ovulation tests always have two lines, but pregnancy tests don’t. The second line appeared within 2 minutes.
This morning I repeated the pregnancy test and it’s completely negative. Period not due for another two days. Could the ovulation test have turned the pregnancy test positive somehow, like through a dye transfer? Trying to work out if this is a possibility before I drop a small fortune on tests. Also devastated by the idea of being a victim to a false positive.
