Am I being unreasonable to feel that woman walking down road with new born baby in sling smoking a joint should be caught for child abuse

perhaps it was a roll up ciggie?
i wouldnt smoke near a baby myself and i dont like to see it, but its not child abuse surely?

you don't live near to me do you? the sister of my old next door neighbour was always falling about and smoking hash when pg at same time as me and I doubt very much by the state of her she has changed that much

I don't have problem with what adults choose to do in spare time etc don't get me wrong but with a newborn baby ludicrous and completely selfish I understand people are addicted etc but surely baby would be safer in pushchair than blown in its face
