Feeling annoyed about work

Looking for you all to make me feel better about my boss who referred to me as a subordinate 🥹 amongst other things whilst also paying me below minimum wage, I have come home had to deal with more issues from work and it's making me anxious. What do I do I could quit but I don't have a job to go to?

Google "gov.uk Complain about pay and work rights" and report them, simple.
Also, raise a grievance if you feel the criticism wasnt constructive.
Don't quit without another job.

Obviously we have no context but technically you are a subordinate (as am I, as are most employees) but you really do need to address the NMW issue. And look for a new job I should think.

Subordinate is irrelevant.

Being paid below NMW is illegal.
