Spending this much on self-care

Met up with some friends at the weekend, I'd just had a haircut so beauty treatments came up. One of my friends said he spent around £2000 a month on his daughters (19) beauty treatments. She was there so told us what the treatments were
This was for

  • Derma-planing, Micro-needling (only every other month) and a facial
  • Manicure/Hand massage 2x a month
  • Pedicure/foot massage once a month
  • Brow tinting and threading
  • Hair wash/blow dry and treatment (cut every 2nd or 3rd time)
  • Lymphatic drainage massage and facial plus a hydrating body treatment

Now is it just me or is this a massive wtf? She's 19! She doesn't dye her hair or do tans etc. but this seems bloody ridiculous?

AIBU to think this is a crazy amount of treatments and even worse that her dad is paying for it?

This is just somebody with way too much money!

If they've got the money then why not treat themselves. I think this level of pampering is just a by product ut of being rich. Money is for spending.

Something seems psychologically really off here for me…

If you have the money? Why not.
