DS is 4, just started reception and has always been in full time nursery prior to September. First time we’re juggling half terms and working - I’d been recommended a local half term camp, arts/crafts, sports, singing/dancing etc. he had a great time on Monday but the camp leader was rather eccentric on drop off and scared him a bit initially but when we picked him up later he said he was really fun - so great we thought. DS made a comment that the camp leader had asked my son to put his face on his bottom and he pretended to fart. We thought that was a bit strange.
Picked him up tonight and he said that the camp leader grabbed his face and stuck it on his bum, and pretended to fart while holding it there. I asked where he held it and it was in between the cheeks - I asked him multiple times to show me and it was definitely there not on like a cheek or his hip etc.
DS found this hilarious apparently and when he was picked up he asked him to pull his finger and he made a fart noise so might just be his humour?
Is this inappropriate behaviour? Both me and DH said we didn’t know how to feel about it. It’s an accredited local camp that has a few locations, this guy is the owner and you can pay for it via tax free childcare account so is legit.
