Am unsure and packing for week away where it’ll be 18 degrees and dry. Can I get away with long dress and trainers with no tights during day or will I be cold? Can’t decide so looking for opinions!

Definitely, yes.

Brandnewskytohangyourstarsupon · 26/10/2024 16:07

Yes, that sounds fine.

Why so much angst over this OP? What’s bothering you?

Catza · 26/10/2024 16:11

Gently, how would we know, OP? I'd be fine in a long dress and a cardigan, my aunt would definitely want to wear trousers and a jacket in the same temperature, my partner and kiddo usually wear shorts and t-shirts until temperatures drop to below 10

A pair of tights doesn't take up much space - chuck some in the bag if you aren't sure!

Crunchymum · 26/10/2024 17:24

Depends on what you'll be doing.

I'd take something to go under the dress (tights / leggings) just in case as it can get nippy this time of year when you stay still for a while.
