Babies sleeping through

My son is 3 and slept through 7-7 by 6 months. I have a 3 week old and he is formula fed. I know he won’t sleep through for a long time but he sleeps at 8pm and has a dream feed at 10. Wakes at 1am then 4 am then 7am. When did yours drop the 1am feed. He drinks 7 3oz bottles through the day. He sleeps well for naps. Please advice needed

Ds, bottle fed, slept thru at 12 weeks, but that was 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.

My youngest woke every hour for 11 months, my advice is to realise you're lucky to have what you have.

Yes, my first child didn’t sleep through until they were 3! You’d be lucky to be so lucky again.

Yes one of mine was 3.5!

He’s three weeks for goodness sake! My advice- roll with it. It’s not going to be predictable or linear for a long time. He’s an actual newborn and by the sounds of it is sleeping well at the moment!

My friends 2 DC both slept through by a few weeks old! 😂 My eldest slept through from age 2 ish most of the time. My youngest is 2 and usually sleeps through or near enough, I still share with him tho. Eldest did phases of waking every hour 😱

Had a dream baby who slept from 9 weeks on. Breast fed though. Stopped at 1DC, just as well as they are all different, there is no 'normal' as you are finding. Had a multi-coloured mobile that played classical music, it was a godsend at lulling him to sleep, he loved it.

Wow none of mine have slept through before 3 years... It'll happen when it happens
