I bought an energy efficient sharp heat pump drier last year. I am entitled really used it much as I usually get clothes outside. I have been using it for the last month and there is a damp musty smell coming out of it and I can't leave the clothes in after it has finished it's program. I clean filters every time, have cleaned the condenser, always leave the door open and it is plumbed in so no tank sitting with water either I suspect this smell is due to the low temperature it functions at but can't believe this is sold like this? Anyone else having issues? Any advice would be appreciated 😊.
