DD has autism and ADHD & a side helping of anxiety. I’m going to try and help. Any ideas on resources or books to read?

It's possibly a bit young but a little kind of spark?

A kind of spark

I’d recommend you read Avoiding anxiety in autistic children by Dr Luke Beardon, also look at the Autistic Girls Network website for more info and book recommendations around supporting anxiety. Jodie Clarke (Smitten) has some good short online courses as well.

Thank you, I have got some of those but am also wondering what to get her to read! Is there some age appropriate thing?

There are book recommendations on the autistic girls network that might work for her. I bought my daughter The Spectrum Girls Survival Guide and Can You See Me, neither of us have read them yet to give a personal opinion though!
