14 year old son informed me girl in his year had threesome at party

I know things have changed and kids are more sexually aware at a younger age , but was really shocked at this. DS informed me that the boys involved had told the whole school, teachers had got to hear about it and the girls mother had been informed. Apparently happened at a party. Told DS i didnt even know what a threesome was at 14! Apparently girl keeps running out of class in humiliation as getting mickey taken out of her. DS seems to think she did it to be popular. They are just kids surely!

ugh. why was a 14 year old at the type of party where this could happen? i was barely allowed into town with my friends in broad daylight at that age, and the same for all my friends

Well that's if it happened - I was teased mercilessly at school for 'apparently' having sex with a boy when I didn't. I found the whole thing so embarrassing and humiliating..... If it did happened I still feel for the girl (having a slushy half hour) cos what do you know at 14..... (I am with PinkTulips on that one). I was SO naive..... Still am!

poor poor girl. it might not have happened but even if it did i doubt very much she did it for pleasure you know 14 yo girls just cant cope with things like that. its a shame kids at that age are so jaded though. i hate it.

How was this allowed to happen - if it did?
unforunately kids are sexually active much ealier now nad are more aware of such things a threesomes - sex is everywhere they can't miss it.

Oh I'm sadly not that surprised.

A school local to me suspended 2 kids in year 10-11, because she was giving him a hand job in the lesson! And this is a school that people fight to get into

TBH i'm not surprised, just a shame for the girl when she grows up and cringes with disgust at the things she did through being a naive teenager...i know i do ...they dont seem to realise that it is very hard to lose your dignity and respect at such a young age

They are sexually harrassing her by teasing her. How utterly mortifying for her.
I remember finding out a boy whose garden backed onto mine looked into my bedroom through binoculars. I wanted to kill him. I felt so violated. I had a really massive reacrtion.

I think it's a very sensitive age.

I also remember learning that a girl at school had given someone a blow job. Whether or not she had I don't know but throughout the rest of school that was ALL she was known for. Girls stopped being her friend and she hung out with boys which perpetuated the myth.

It makes me want to send my dd to an all girls school I can tell you. How sad for her.

A girl in my year was well known for giving line ups, all the boys used to talk about it, they would line up behind some garages and she would go along the line giving BJs to them all, sometimes there would be 10 if them there.

She was only about 14 as well

Right girls ,lets help this poor girl out shall we ? we all knew the alledged 'slapper' in our year at school and if we are honest with ourselves she was just there first! So get your son to pull said girl to one side and tell her to tell everyone including the milkman that they were all too pissed to get anywhere near jiggy with it ,plus her younger sibling/cousin/etc had a way bigger penis if she could have even been bothered ! Add to that one of them came in his trousers so does that count as a threesome ? This girl is at serious risk due to these rumours ,so lets rally round and put a notch on the bedpost of equality eh?

I have to add that most of my friends lost their virginity at 14 so it has being going on since forever ,lets not pretend its only happened recently.

oh no! poor girl, I am not surprised, at my school my best friend was the "adventurous one" it is to feel popular, they see so much positive attention being poured on to scantily clad girls in papers selling their stories,they think they will be grown up and adored, but they are to young to understand the enormity of it all.

I heard a story about a girl doing the same thing, they get drunk and all of a sudden think they are playboy bunnies, such a shame, hope her mum shows her understanding so she can help her deal with it.

Oh my god I feel so old, sex wasn't even on my mind when I was at school. I am shocked to the core. Am frumpy and old fashioned will lock my son up til he is 21. So glad I don't have girls.

justwater WELL SAID! I still remember the agony of being labelled the school slag (and despite what I may get up to as an adult, when I was being bullied over this I had never had any kind of sexual encounter more than the odd snog: what I got picked on for was a lack of girly deference towards the boys and a tendency to say what I thought and talk to blokes about music etc if I wanted to.
I would add that this girl may also have not actually done anything like what she is rumoured to have done. Some teens do have this awful definition of slagdom: a girl who speaks before she's spoken to, pretty much.

In response to spidermama - this kind of labeling/gossiping happened by the bucket load at the (quite good) girls school that I went to too!
Also, we spent most of our lunch breaks peering through the fence at the boys school next door, as all of the spotty, pubescent boys there seemed far more attractive than I think they would've had they been with us.
Feel very sorry for the girl described in OP - whether 'tis true or not.
