I had a £5 off voucher so I went to M&S, spent £20 so I was eligible for the £5 off, come home, unpacked my shopping and found the £5 off voucher at the bottom of the bag.

I forgot to farkin use it!!!
And it expires today.
And I wouldn't normally shop in M&S or drive there.

I've done that so many times - your not alone but it is bloody annoying

Did this in Tesco at the weekend - spend £30 get £10 off. Took ages trying to get £30 of stuff then couldn't find the voucher when I got to the checkout so ended up traipsing back round the store to put everything back!

Call them, M&S customer services are fab.
