It's been really bad here in Gloucestershire. I'm worried it's going to be another horrendously wet winter 😩

After a very wet dog walk I can confidently say YANU.
One dog declined to go outside other than for a quick wee whilst the supposedly intelligent, huge and hairy, dog was very happy to go out.

I hate this time of year. It gets me so down. Everything I enjoy doing is taken away from me (I wfh and take my laptop outside in summer so long as it's dry).

What's wrong with you? Don't you know it's autumn??

I love rain hides

Even I am finding it a pain. My dog hates it and it's tricky to get her out between showers! And it's been so persistent generally there are no breaks (plus I didn't get my outdoor cushions in the shed on time and they haven't been dry since)!

I hate it because my roof is meant to be coming off tomorrow. Plus I cannot line dry the washing.

I don't mind it really. Would rather be rained on briefly than far too hot all day and night, unable to sit comfortably or sleep.

Wow for a change we’ve had the good weather in Scotland. Rained yesterday where I am and that’s the first proper rainy day for weeks, sept was really lovely. Summer was a washout though so we earned it.

Our local brooks and rivers are too full. Several roads flooding. Water running off the fields and woodland.
It's grey, cold, wet.

I'm getting worried that a wet Winter will mean serious flooding because the ground cannot dry out. Dread to think of how much food will increase as crops must be struggling this year.

I quite enjoy rain and wind but I know I am in the minority 😅
