problem with e bay earrings

Well sort of AIBU i suppose . I bought some small gold hoops e bay .Problem is they will not work in one ear! All my others are fine.I would like to change them for something a bit bigger, but am aware that pierced earrings have a no return .Is there any way round this does anyone know? I cannot wear them and have lost money to boot!

It's not clear if the earrings are faulty, or if they are too small for your piercings. If they are faulty you are entitled to a refund in spite of the no refund policy. If they just don't fit you will have to take the loss.

Are they so small because one of your piercings is higher than the other, so the hoop is too tight for one ear?
