To need a bit of wet with my dry

Lighthearted.

I live in the North East but have lived down South for 5 years before so Southerners you may not have the same issue.

But I need sauce with a takeaway. Garlic sauce in particular. With chips, pizza etc. ketchup can be ok as can mayo but with cheesy chips and pizza garlic sauce makes it. Standard chippy chips ketchup or mayo is tasty.

When I lives down south pizza shops didn't do garlic sauce tubs like they do up here? Do they now? I haven't been back in 8 years so maybe southern takeaways do now.

Anyway ordered cheesy chips but they forgot the garlic sauce. I now can't eat it as its ruined the whole meal. I have called but no answer.

I sound crazy don't I? But I need wet with chips and beige food!

I always get curry sauce as my wet, midlands here…

Chilli and garlic mayo with ...mostly everything here Blush
Curry sauce with fish and chips
Not a huge bbq sauce fan.

Surely you keep backup sauce in the fridge!
If you've got in garlic, mix it with a tbsp olive oil and mayo = simple garlic aioli and will be lush on cheesy chips

Nowt moist?

Cheese IS wet! Very wrong on chips, where are the mushy peas? That's the right kind of wet.
