To think this is too early to be putting stuff through the letter box!

Guy putting charity bags through the door this morning. As he pushes them through, he loudly knocks the door. Every house in the street has iron fences and gates, and each one was loudly slammed shut as he went. Cue lots of dogs barking inside the houses. 7.40am. My DH works shifts and trying to sleep. 😟Why so bloody early?

Time isn't the issue its method - didn't need to be slamming around and banging on doors

Our charity bag deliverer puts them through at 6am, I'm either awake or it wakes me. He does try to be quiet but I wake at any noise. I think it's unnecessary to be so early tbh.

They were doing it on purpose. If you can be bothered, you could email the CEO of the charity and explain their contractors are doing this. I wouldn't expect it to achieve anything though.
